Whether you are looking for a more purposeful and restorative time away through a Spiritual Formation Retreat or Well-Being Counseling Intensive, or you simply need a vacation, QuietWaters has you covered!

QuietWaters Ministries is excited to offer our Christian Leader Vacation Program through our partnership with Resort Vacation Certificates! Pastors, missionaries, and other Christian leaders now have the opportunity to experience an affordable vacation getaway. There are hundreds of locations worldwide to choose from. The Resort Vacation Certificate provides one week of accommodations for just $299 for the entire week! Certificates can be purchased by pastors or Christian leaders and used for personal travel, or may be purchased as a gift to a Christian leader. Certificates may also be purchased and used by missionaries (however, you must use a US or Canadian based credit card).

Here’s how to get started with the Christian Leader Vacation Program:

  1. Fill out and submit the form below. You will receive an email with an access code.
  2. You will need to register using the link provided in the email in order to purchase a certificate for $299.
  3. Purchase the Christian Leader Vacation Certificate for $299 using the access code received in the email.
  4. You will receive the Vacation Certificate via email.
  5. Preview available resorts. You can do this before you purchase the certificate, but remember that availability can change daily. (Please note that the certificates are non-refundable so if your dates and/or location are very specific, we recommend finding a location first, then purchasing and redeeming the certificate immediately.)
  6. Find your perfect vacation getaway and redeem your certificate.
  7. Go enjoy your relaxing vacation getaway!

The code isn’t working.
  1. Make sure you are setting up your account at www.resortcerts.com/quietwaters NOT www.resortcerts.com.
    • If you mistakenly created an account in the wrong place, you’ll need to create a new one in the right place using a different email address.
    • Alternatively, you can try to call the Resort Vacation Certificates customer service number (866-280-7823) to see if they can add our access code to your existing account.
  2. Make sure you enter the access code from our email into the Validation Code box that appears when you create an account. It will not work anywhere else.
I created an account but I’m not seeing the correct price for a certificate ($299).

Do I need to purchase a certificate for each person I’m bringing with me?

No. The certificate is good for 7 nights of resort accommodation; it is NOT per night or per person. The number of rooms and the room occupancy vary by location. Check the details of your location for occupancy limits.

Do I have to stay all 7 nights?

No, you don’t have to stay the whole time, but you won’t receive a refund for any unused nights. If you plan to arrive after your scheduled check-in date, we recommend that you contact the resort directly to advise them of your late arrival. (Also note that you cannot check in before your scheduled check-in date.)

May I purchase two certificates at once in order to book a two-week vacation?

There is no limit to the number of certificates you can buy. However, we can’t guarantee whether your desired location has two consecutive weeks that are available through this program, and we can’t guarantee any dates as they change daily. If you’re booking a second week at the location but it’s not available to redeem for a certificate, you would need to pay the normal price for that location.

We always recommend finding your desired location and dates FIRST and then buying the certificate(s) and redeeming it/them immediately. This is especially important if you’re trying to book two consecutive weeks at the same location, so you don’t end up with one or two certificates that you can’t use.

Can I redeem the certificate for vacation dates falling beyond the certificate’s expiration date?

Yes, as long as the certificate is redeemed and the vacation is booked before the certificate’s expiration date (one year from the date of purchase).

My certificate is expired. What should I do?

Certificates are only good for a year and are unfortunately not refundable. You can try to contact Resort Vacation Certificates at 866-280-7823 to see if an exception can be made.

Why do some locations have a price listed? Is that in addition to the cost of the certificate?

Some resort locations are marked “Upgrades starting at [PRICE],” which means they have an upgrade fee in addition to the cost of the certificate. Note that the upgrade fee is for the entire 7-night stay and NOT per night.

Locations that have options with NO upgrade fees are marked “No Charge Accommodations Available.” You will be able to book them for just the cost of the $299 certificate. If you’d like, you can filter your search to only show locations marked “No Charge Accommodations Available” using the green “More Filters” button at the top of the “Explore Resorts” page.

Are there any hidden fees?

Some locations have additional fees such as cleaning fees. Please read the details for the specific location(s) you are considering.

This seems too good to be true. Is it?

No, the way this works is that Resort Vacation Certificates is able to offer low rates on excess resort inventory during off-peak times, which can vary from location to location. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, try varying your vacation dates. The more flexible you’re able to be on dates, the more options you’ll have.

Do we have to listen to a presentation as part of this program?

No, there is no presentation to listen to.
