Brain Mapping & Neurofeedback

Have you ever wondered if just like the muscles in our body, our brain can be strengthened too?

Did you know that God created our brains with the ability to have flexibility, endurance, and balance? Much like the rest of our life, if our brain lacks balance or strength, symptoms can arise. That very brain that the Lord wired us with to be motivated and resilient and have high energy can also become worn out, tired and anxious. Or, that brain that allows you to be calm, creative, and feel deeply, can also become down, depressed, or burned out. However, with cutting edge science we now also have the tools to understand how our brain works and more importantly how God wired YOU!

Brain Mapping & Neurofeedback

We have partnered with BrainCode Centers who offer qEEG brain mapping and Neurofeedback education to our families here during their intensives. This all-natural and noninvasive approach to health care provides our clients with tools to understand themselves on an even deeper level and resources to give them hope. If you want more information on brain mapping and how it can add value to your time with us and your insight as a leader please contact us below.

Understand Yourself on a Different Level

As our society continues to evolve, it’s becoming more and more difficult for individuals to truly understand what’s really going on in the minds of their spouses, children, and other family members. The experts at Braincode Centers encourage EVERYONE to have their loved ones mapped so that they can better help you understand how to live this life with your loved ones to the fullest. Although this is not a diagnostic tool, it can show patterns of depression, aggression, irritability, anxiety, and emotional numbing, to name a few. It can also show super cool traits that allow you to be the amazing person that you are.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is qEEG Brain Mapping?
Abnormal brain function is at the root of many cognitive, emotional, and behavioral disorders. By collecting data through qEEG brain mapping, neurofeedback experts can, quite literally, see how different parts of your brain are performing and working together. This allows your clinician to identify which frequencies of the brain may be out of balance or under performing.
What can you learn from Brain Mapping?
Upon the analysis of your brain map, vast insight can be gleaned and leveraged to develop an effective treatment plan that is completely customized to your specific symptoms and goals. Insights from your qEEG brain map can be categorized into areas of over- and under-activity that present throughout the test. We’ll then correlate that information with the symptoms you may be struggling with to identify what specific frequencies in your brain need support. Our team of neurological experts leverage the Neuroguide database, one of the most respected resources in the field of neurofeedback, to guide the development of your treatment plan for maximum self improvement and well being.
What is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback (NFB), also called neurotherapy, neuroconditioning, or neurobiofeedback, is a type of biofeedback that uses real-time displays of brain activity to create balanced flexibility in the brain. The experts at Braincode Centers use data from their electronecephalography (qEEG) report, or Brain MAP, to create a specifically designed protocol for your brain. During your training, they place sensors on the scalp to measure activity, and the activity measured is then rewarded through Operant Conditioning; they simply use this tool to create optimal brain function.
What does Neurofeedback do?
Neurofeedback/NeuroConditioning strengthens, calms, stabilizes, and restores the brain. Just like the muscles in your body, your brain needs training too. The overall goal of Neurofeedback is to improve neurological flexibility. The brain is optimally supposed to shift easily between states, from sleep, to relaxation, to calm alert, and high alert when necessary. Once your brain is “trained,” it can then shift on its own, as opposed to being “stuck” in a state of anxiety, anger, depression, etc.
How is Neurofeedback different from other modalities?
Neurofeedback has the ability to directly impact our physiology and calm the central nervous system in an organic noninvasive way. The science behind neurofeedback is rooting in learning principles, Operant Conditioning, therefore the changes are often permanent. Research suggests approximately 30-40 sessions to create permanency; results may vary.
How often should I be training?
Two to three 45 minute sessions per week for thirty to fourty sessions.
